The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA. /ppFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or Frechen (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy). customer satisfaction /liliProactive work achievements of departmental and personal targets /liliPart of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe /liliOrder Processing: Managing ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking through delivery. /liliDocumentation: Preparing, reviewing, and processing freight documents (e.g., bills of lading). /liliCustoms Clearance: Handling import customs formalities and preparing customs declarations. /liliCoordination: Booking cargo space with shipping lines and organizing inland transport by truck or rail. /li /ulpYour profile /pulliRelevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context. /liliExperience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly /lilidesirable. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. /liliProficiency in German at a native-speaker level. Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus. /liliProactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. /liliAbility to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact. /liliTeam player with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
