and transportation visibility. /li /brliSupport supplier collaboration and procurement digitalization via SRM systems to improve supply chain transparency and operational efficiency. /li /brliSupport system go-live activities, including data preparation, cutover execution, and on-site support. /li /brliContinuously monitor system performance and business process issues, driving cross-functional improvements and continuous optimization initiatives. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. /li /brli5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or large-scale manufacturing environments. /li /brliStrong understanding of end-to-end automotive supply chain processes (procurement, production, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment). /li /brliHands-on experience with SAP, WMS, or SRM systems (implementation or operational usage preferred). /li /brliExperience in master data management (material master, BOM, supplier, warehouse data, etc.) is highly preferred. /li /brliExperience in building and implementing systems/processes from 0 to 1 is highly preferred. /li /brliExperience in ERP/WMS/SRM implementation or go-live projects is a strong plus. /li /brliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills in a multi-functional environment (business, IT, vendors, 3PL). /li /brliInternational automotive or cross-cultural project experience is highly preferred. /li /brliProactive, results-oriented mindset with strong execution ability and resilience in high-pressure project environments. /li /brliStrong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into process design and drive IT teams to deliver system solutions.
