Our games have reached more than 110 million players worldwide /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Product Director to lead and strengthen our Hybrid Casual direction, combining ownership and development of existing live products with the creation, validation, and launch of new product initiatives /p pAs part of the Belka Games leadership team, you will contribute to the company’s broader product strategy and long-term development /p pThe role includes responsibility for product strategy, business performance of the Hybrid Casual portfolio, including its revenue, profitability, long-term value, and investment efficiency. You will also build strong product teams and establish a systematic and repeatable approach to creating and scaling successful Hybrid Casual products. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pPart 1 - Live product ownership /p ul liDefine and implement the product strategy for the Hybrid Casual portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term product health /li liDrive the business performance of the direction, including revenue growth, profitability, long-term portfolio value, and investment efficiency /li liDrive improvements in retention, engagement, monetization, product quality, and other key product and business metrics /li liBalance short-term performance priorities with long-term product investments and allocate resources across the portfolio accordingly /li liDefine product and LiveOps priorities based on data, business impact, investment efficiency, and growth potential /li liMake decisions on the launch, scaling, transformation, or termination of product initiatives /li liEnsure reliable execution of product updates and scale successful features, mechanics,



and practices across live products /li liBuild transparent cross-functional decision-making processes and align Product, Development, Analytics, Marketing, and other business functions around shared goals and priorities /li liPartner with the Belka Games leadership team on the company’s product strategy and long-term development /li liHire and develop senior product leaders, build autonomous and scalable teams /li /ul pPart 2 - RnD /p ul liDefine and implement the RD strategy for the Hybrid Casual direction /li liIdentify new product opportunities, segments, and mechanics, and manage a pipeline of hypotheses, experiments, prototypes, and product initiatives /li liApply a data-informed and hypothesis-driven approach to identifying, prioritizing, and validating new product opportunities /li liOwn the development of new product concepts from ideation and prototyping through validation, soft launch, integral launch, and scaling /li liDefine success criteria and evaluate initiatives against relevant product, market, and business benchmarks /li liDevelop business cases for new product investments, including the opportunity, expected business impact, required resources, and key risks /li liMake investment decisions on the further development, scaling, transformation, or termination of product initiatives /li liEstablish clear validation stages, decision criteria, and investment gates to improve the predictability and efficiency of RD outcomes /li liSystematize learnings from experiments and launches, scale effective practices across initiatives, and eliminate consistently ineffective approaches /li /ul h3Required Skills, Knowledge And Expertise /h3 ul liSenior product leadership experience in the games industry as a Product Director, Head of Product, Executive Producer, or in a comparable role /li liStrong experience with live mobile F2P games, ideally within Hybrid Casual or adjacent Casual genres /li liProven experience defining and implementing product strategy /li liExperience managing a portfolio of live products and new product initiatives across the full product lifecycle /li liExperience owning business performance and allocating investment and resources across a product portfolio /li liDeep understanding of F2P monetization, LiveOps,
