/li liBuilding alignment between engineering, product, and systems teams to facilitate smooth program execution and rapid gap identification. /li liCollaborating with internal stakeholders to align program needs and identify critical delivery dates throughout the project lifecycle. /li liImproving subsystem operations by supporting daily management routines, standardizing processes, and tracking key performance metrics. /li liDeveloping and executing scenario planning to navigate complex program challenges and drive effective problem‑solving. /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 pYou should be a motivated, organized leader who excels in global, cross‑functional environments, with: /p ul liThe ability to manage complex project schedules and track integrated milestones throughout a product's lifecycle. /li liThe capability to work effectively across diverse, general teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. /li liAn understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them to technical engineering programs. /li liExpertise in identifying roadblocks early and leading the coordination required to resolve them. /li liA keen interest in wind energy technology and the innovation processes that bring new products to market. /li /ul pA formal education in an Engineering discipline is required for this role,
