ph3General Purpose /h3 pThe primary purpose of the Regional Marketer position is to support and educate our facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services. The Regional Marketer will develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities to maintain and increase our census and provide the community with information about our facility, its programs, services, and practices. /p h3Essential Duties /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations. /li liAssist the Administrator and department directors in the development and use of marketing and public relations policies and procedures. /li liEstablish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of their role in our marketing and public relations programs. /li liDevelop, organize, implement, evaluate, educate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities. /li liMaintain and increase the facility’s census by providing the community with information about the facility’s programs, services, and practices. /li /ul h3Physical Demands /h3 ul liThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand; walk and talk, read or hear.
