ppbYour mission will be... /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pTasks will include: /p ul liSupport the day‑to‑day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle. /li liWork closely with the different teams involved in each project, including commercial, marketing, technical and legal areas. /li liParticipate in project review and decision‑making processes, helping assess the impact of key strategic, technical and commercial decisions on the Business Plan. /li liPrepare Business Plan models in Excel and manage them. /li liPrepare monthly, quarterly and/or ad‑hoc reporting to investors (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills and sound presentation abilities). /li liMeet and coordinate with key external stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, consultants, agents and suppliers. /li liReport to the Senior Asset Manager and Director. /li liSupport acquisition processes through business plan review and coordination with the various stakeholders involved. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pYou are analytical, curious and comfortable working across multiple areas of a project. You are interested not only in tracking numbers, but in understanding how decisions across design, construction, sales or timelines impact the overall Business Plan. You communicate clearly, feel comfortable working with financial models and reporting, and enjoy collaborating with different teams throughout the lifecycle of a development. You are proactive,
organised and eager to grow within a real‑estate asset management role. /p ul liGood command of Excel and financial models (Power BI knowledge can be a plus), attention to detail is key. /li liComfortable creating presentations and working with financial and operational reporting. /li liFluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. /li liUniversity degree in a relevant field (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.).
