Explore our open positions and join us in transforming business banking. /p h3Job Description /h3 pRiverBank is seeking experienced and strategic loan originators to join a high-performing Sales team pivotal to RiverBank’s growth ambitions in the Luxembourg, Dutch, French and Spanish markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating loans from Spanish corporate and real estate customers, managing key client relationships, and supporting the team to deliver superior customer outcomes. You will also act as the Key Account Executive for our key clients and play a central role in shaping the bank’s origination and cross-selling capability. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain a network of clients and intermediaries for the Company's loans in Spain (advisors, investors,



banks); /li liIdentify and develop new business opportunities for loan products; /li liEngage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs; /li liGenerate a portfolio of high quality loans with Spanish borrowers; /li liPrepare and structure deals such that client needs match the Company's risk appetite; /li liBuild a network of co-investors and credit deposits in Spain; /li liWork with other Company teams towards closing of the loans sourced; /li liMaintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service; /li liAchieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis; /li liProvide regular sales reports and updates to management; and /li liStay up-to-date with the latest loan products and market trends and feed back into the organisation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven track record in sales management and relationship management in Financial Services industry; /li liAbility to meet sales targets; /li liSelf-starter; /li liExcellent interpersonal skills; /li liExcellent planning and organizing skills; /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills; /li liAbility to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations; /li liShow initiative, high energy and a desire to succeed, while demonstrating enthusiasm and passion to inspire employees throughout the organization; /li liFluent in Spanish and English; /li liMicrosoft Office Suite. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRiverBank is an equal opportunities employer.
