You will oversee the entire lifecycle of user trust, from onboarding (KYC) to continuous monitoring, ensuring correct behavior and preventing fraud, theft of goods, and other unacceptable behaviors. Your role goes beyond checking boxes: you analyze patterns to stay ahead of sophisticated bad actors and cybercriminals. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvanced KYC Onboarding ul liSupport the team in deep‑dive due diligence on new carriers, shippers, and freight forwarders. /li liAssess company backgrounds to detect “phoenixing” (reforming under a new name to hide past bad behavior). /li /ul /li liFraud Detection Mitigation ul liIdentify and investigate suspicious patterns such as identity theft, account takeover, impersonation attempts, and more. /li liMonitor high‑risk logistics maneuvers, such as double‑brokering or hostage freight. /li liSpot new frauds and scams, propose solutions to manage them. /li /ul /li liBehavioral Monitoring ul liAnalyze marketplace interaction data to spot illegitimate off‑platform transaction attempts or predatory bidding. /li liAudit user reviews and dispute histories to uncover systemic behavioral issues. /li /ul /li liIncident Management ul liGuide Safe Marketplace Specialists in investigations on reported bad actors,
