ppFecha: 31 jul 2026 /p pBarcelona, ES Spain /p h3bFunctions and Tasks /b /h3 pMinor Hotels Europe Americas is looking for a highly motivated student currently enrolled in academic studies who wishes to undertake a management internship within our Rooms Division team for Southern Europe at our central offices in Barcelona. /p pThe responsibilities of the position include the following tasks: /p ul liCollaborate in the organization and coordination of the Rooms Division departments at a corporate level. /li liAssist in establishing and supervising operational policies to ensure efficiency across all hotels. /li liOccasionally conduct periodic operational audits to ensure compliance with service standards. /li liEnsure and follow up on improvement action plans opened in audited hotels. /li liReview and coordinate the implementation of new technologies in the hotels. /li liReview and control SOPs and collaborate in the development of operational protocols for the assigned departments. /li /ul h3bFinancial Control Support: /b /h3 ul liPrepare end-of-month reports to monitor the financial results of departmental expense accounts. /li liCollaborate in the creation of improvement strategies as needed. /li liSupervise the implementation of cost‑control policies across all hotels. /li liMonitor and analyze the evolution of costs and participate in the creation of reports for senior management. /li liMonitor compliance with financial objectives and follow up directly with hotels for the implementation of improvement actions. /li /ul h3bQuality Control Support:



/b /h3 ul liPrepare reports to monitor and track the evolution of hotel quality results. /li liCollaborate in active training for the Housekeeping Management team to develop team capabilities. /li liFollow up on audits and inspections carried out by hotel management. /li liMonitor and evaluate guest satisfaction at a regional level. /li liOccasionally conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards. /li liCollaborate in the creation of standards and support manuals for the teams. /li /ul h3bRequired Profile: /b /h3 ul libAcademic Background: /b Preferably in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a Master’s degree related to the sector. /li libSpecific Knowledge: /b Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
