As a Product Specialist at Holded, you help shape product delivery by translating user insights into prioritized improvements. You collaborate with design, development, and cross-functional teams to accelerate feature launches and ensure value for customers. You’ll craft specs, prototypes, and PoCs, while keeping a strong focus on user needs and measurable impact. This role offers a hands-on path to influence product direction in a fast-growing startup environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and review product metrics to support prioritization by the PO
• Identify and propose improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analysis
• Help the PO groom and maintain the product backlog with well-defined tickets
• Assist the PO in managing daily product-related incidents
• Assist the PO in answering product questions from CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales
• Create prototypes for new features with the Design team and provide specs and visual guidance




• Collaborate with developers to build experimental Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to speed up launches
• Support QA on specific features when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional communications for feature launches to convey value to customers
• Identify process improvements and implement automation to increase operational efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in a similar role
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and ability to discuss outcomes and lessons learned
• Strong user-centric mindset with regular user engagement xqbhyrx guiding roadmaps
• Data-informed with ability to define and interpret metrics and act on them
• Clear writing for specs, stories, and decisions with minimal ambiguity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing trade-offs
• Proactive, direct, and able to push back when evidence supports it
• Fluent in English and Spanish
