Plan, manage, and control door-to-door multimodal shipments (road, ocean, air) for domestic and international moves—keeping flows aligned to project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements. Coordinate last‑mile activities and deliveries to project sites, manage 3PLs and customs brokers, and keep internal and external stakeholders proactively informed—delivering on‑time, identifying cost deviations, and ensuring compliant movements from suppliers to job sites, while monitoring cost and service performance and taking corrective actions fast. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Supply chain coordination /h3 ul liPlan, execute, and oversee all logistics activities from suppliers to project sites, ensuring materials align with project schedules and priorities. /li liControl door‑to‑door flows with a focus on last‑mile, including transloading at 3PLs’ warehouses, tautliner road transport, container drayage, and slot arrangements at project sites. /li /ul h3Transportation management /h3 ul liArrange and optimize road, ocean, and air shipments to meet delivery deadlines. /li liCoordinate last‑mile deliveries to project sites ensuring compliance among all stakeholders involved. /li liTrack deliveries end-to-end and take timely corrective actions on any deviations. /li /ul h3Vendor management /h3 ul liLead day‑to‑day performance of freight forwarders and customs brokers; ensuring the compliance of SLAs and drive corrective actions. /li /ul h3Compliance safety /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to Incoterms 2020, EU transport regulations and procedures, and site HSE requirements. /li liBe well‑versed in shipping documents; validate B/L, invoices, packing lists, COO/EUR.1, certificates, and coordinate customs clearances. /li /ul h3Communication reporting /h3 ul liMaintain clear, timely updates with internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Delivery Managers, etc) and external stakeholders (3PLs, brokers, customers).



/li liMaintain daily/weekly reports with current project status and escalations. /li /ul h3Business Systems /h3 ul liKeep TMS fully up to date; maintain data accuracy across project execution and history. /li liUse TMS/Anaplan and other visibility tools and advanced Excel. /li /ul h3Problem‑solving continuous improvement /h3 ul liProactively identify and resolve logistical challenges. /li liDrive improvement opportunities across the supply chain; comply with and improve SOPs/Work Instructions. /li liProduce project close‑outs and lessons‑learned reports and others related. /li /ul h3Cost management /h3 ul liMonitor budget vs. actuals and highlight deviations. /li liOwn vendor and lane KPIs; implement corrective actions and share learnings across teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline. /li li6–8+ years of experience in logistics coordination/operations within industrial, EPC, or energy sectors, ideally involving solar PV projects. /li liStrong knowledge of EU transportation modes, regulations, and shipping processes (Incoterms® 2020, customs, packaging, etc.). /li liProven track record managing end‑to‑end multimodal transportation (road, ocean, air) across Europe. /li liExperience coordinating 3PLs, customs brokers, suppliers, and last‑mile deliveries to project sites. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage SLAs, monitor KPIs, and drive vendor performance. /li liProficient in TMS, ERP systems, Anaplan, and advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with OTM will be considered an advantage. /li liLanguages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required; other European languages are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally to sites, ports, warehouses, customers, and suppliers. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liExcellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liProactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven. /li liCommitted to compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
