The successful candidate will oversee engineering activities from project development through construction, commissioning, and operations, and will shape how we design, build, and operate BESS projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Development Stage /h3 ul liLead optimization and feasibility reviews. /li liSupervise grid connection requests and liaise with system operators to ensure technical compliance. /li liSupport due diligence on land, permitting, and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Construction Stage /h3 ul liLead construction planning and provide oversight across the full EPC cycle. /li liAct as the technical counterpart for reviewing and validating engineering deliverables from contractors (drawings, specifications, reports, etc.). /li liLead or support negotiation of EPC, equipment supply, and OM contracts, ensuring technical annexes and schedules are consistent and enforceable. /li liParticipate in contractor selection and evaluate technical and commercial proposals rigorously. /li liMonitor contractors during execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timing. /li liAct as owner’s engineer during construction and commissioning phases. /li liEnsure project handover,



warranty follow-up, and post‑construction supervision. /li /ul h3Strategic Cross‑functional /h3 ul liEstablish best practices for engineering processes across the company. /li liProvide technical leadership for MA or co‑development opportunities. /li liCollaborate closely with Development, Finance, and Operations teams to align project execution with company strategy. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering (other engineering backgrounds may be considered only if combined with significant multi‑MW BESS experience). /li liMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, including at least 1 year directly in BESS. /li liExperience in construction supervision, contracts, and project management, especially EPC contract negotiation and technical supervision. /li liExcellent problem‑solving and communication skills. /li liHighly motivated, autonomous, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced international startup environment. /li liFluent English and Spanish required; Italian and/or Polish are a plus. /li /ul pbSeniority level: /b Mid‑Senior level /p pbEmployment type: /b Full‑time /p pbIndustries: /b Services for Renewable Energy and Energy Technology /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
