ph3Manager – Building Installations Engineering Department /h3pGroup IPS is looking for a Manager in Madrid to lead the building services team within a group dedicated to the design of building projects. The candidate will coordinate with the group’s structural and architectural teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the facilities team, coordinate staff, manage projects and clients, and collaborate with other departments within the group (architecture, structural engineering, etc.). /liliManage and supervise building facilities projects, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and related systems. /liliCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper integration of MEP systems within the overall project. /liliSupervise the installation and commissioning of systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, as well as safety and energy efficiency standards. /liliPrepare and coordinate budgets, technical drawings, and specifications, using project management software and the Autodesk platform. /liliInspect and analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and make design adjustments based on site conditions.
