Job Description Summary

Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.

Job Description

-

- Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;

- Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis;

- Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT);

- Issue and register invoices and receipts;

- Prepare and submit applicable taxes;

- Register banks movements (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments, etc.);

- Prepare and submit financial reporting to the client including main KPIs;

- Control loan repayment deadlines;

- Bank reconciliations;

- Accrue project incomes;

- Accrue main expenses: Insurance, land lease,



depreciation, O&M;, etc.;

- Manage documentation (physical and digital archive);

- Prepare and deposit Annual Accounts and official books;

Key Requirements

-

- Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies;

- 2-3 years of experience;

- D365 knowledge is a plus;

- Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus;

- Good communication skills;

- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios;

- Strong aptitude for math and attention to detail;

- Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team;

- English fluent;

- Italian is a plus;

Studies

- Economics Degree or Business Administration.
