Moll de l’Energia, Barcelona /p pAt bTradebe Port Services /b, part of the bTradebe group /b, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused bCustomer Service Representative /b to join our terminal operations team in Barcelona. /p pWe operate a bstate-of-the-art bulk liquid storage terminal /b, providing safe and efficient storage and handling of products such as fuels, biofuels, chemicals, and other liquid bulk products in a dynamic port environment. /p pYou will act as the key interface between customers and terminal operations, ensuring smooth coordination of product movements, accurate documentation, and an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced industrial setting. /p h3Customer Interface /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for customers in English and Spanish /li liManage operational requests with a strong focus on responsiveness and service quality /li liMonitor service KPIs and customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Operations Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate inbound and outbound product movements (vessel, truck, pipeline, rail) /li liLiaise with terminal operations, logistics providers,
