ppThe Financial Controller will take a supportive role in accounting processes and financial operations. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in accounting (IFRS) principles and financial management. The responsibilities associated with this position involve critical thinking, analytical prowess, and the ability to carry out regulations and standards in an international context. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain updated accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. /li liPrepare and maintain management position papers compliant to applicable accounting standards. /li liStay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry guidelines to uphold compliance and drive continuous improvements in financial management processes. /li liProvide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions and initiatives. /li liSupport and maintain internal control and effective accounting policies. /li liManage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and analysis. /li liCoordinate and liaise with auditors, tax teams, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and compliance requirements. /li liLead all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
