Before applying, please make sure that you can commute to the office every working day. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Danish or Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat. /li liRegister and manage maintenance requests through a ticketing platform. /li liCoordinate technicians and external service providers. /li liFollow up on incidents until they are fully resolved. /li liManage maintenance requests for a portfolio of retail stores. /li liCommunicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments. /li liPrioritise urgent requests and keep customers informed. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liNative or C1 level of Danish or Norwegian. /li liGood level of English or Spanish for internal communication.



/li liPrevious experience in customer service, administration, coordination, back office or incident management. /li liStrong organisational and communication skills. /li liConfidence managing several requests and priorities simultaneously. /li liAvailability to work 100% on-site in Vilassar de Mar. /li liAvailability to participate in rotating on-call duties. /li /ul pPrevious experience in facilities management or maintenance services is valued but not essential. /p h3Conditions /h3 ul liPermanent contract directly with the hiring company. /li liSalary between €24,000 and €30,000 gross per year. /li liThe final salary will be determined according to relevant experience, autonomy and overall suitability for the position. /li liSalary expectations will be discussed and aligned before the company interview. /li liAdditional bonus, subject to the company's bonus scheme. /li liWorking hours from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00. /li liRotating on-call duties. /li liInitial training and ongoing support. /li liExpected start date: second week of August. /li /ul pIf the location, on-site working model and salary range match what you are looking for, we would be happy to receive your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
