ppbYour mission /b /ppFerrer is looking for a bCorporate Government Affairs Lead /b to join our Corporate Patient Advocacy and Public Affairs Team. This role is key to shaping and executing Ferrer’s public affairs strategy at a corporate level, with a strong focus on rare diseases and high-value therapies. /ppYou will be responsible for driving Ferrer’s voice and positioning in the external policy environment, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the needs of patients and healthcare systems are reflected in policy and regulatory frameworks. You will work cross-functionally to align internal priorities with external opportunities and help shape a sustainable and equitable healthcare ecosystem. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliLead the development and execution of Ferrer’s corporate public and government affairs strategy, aligned with our purpose and business priorities. /liliMonitor and shape the evolving policy landscape in rare diseases and high-value therapies in Ferrer’s operating territories, with special focus on EU, UK, and LATAM. /liliIdentify and act on opportunities to influence policy, regulation, and funding frameworks that support access, innovation, and sustainability. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulatory bodies, trade associations, think tanks, and NGOs. /liliRepresent Ferrer in key industry and policy forums, ensuring our voice is heard in relevant debates and initiatives. /liliCollaborate with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs), healthcare professionals, and other ecosystem actors to co-create evidence-based policy positions. /liliWork closely with Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Medical Affairs, RD,

You will rock at this role if you match with: /pulliBackground: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law, Life Sciences, Public Health or related field. Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Economics or similar is a plus. /liliExperience:



Minimum 7 years of experience in public/government affairs roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. /liliProven track record in shaping policy and regulatory environments, ideally in rare diseases or high-value therapies. /li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pulliDeep understanding of EU and national healthcare policy frameworks, with awareness of global issues. /liliStrong knowledge of the rare disease ecosystem and access challenges. /liliExperience in developing and executing public affairs strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. /liliAbility to translate complex policy issues into actionable strategies. /li /ulpbCompetencies /b /pulliStrategic thinker with a proactive and purpose-driven mindset. /liliInfluential leader and trusted advisor, able to navigate complex environments. /liliCollaborative and agile, with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. /liliResilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. /liliLanguages: Fluent English.
