Drive innovation with a proactive mindset /p pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEmployer Partnerships- Support the employer engagement strategy for cross-sector, multi-company, and strategic single-company initiatives that enhance students' professional profiles. /li liDesign and implement scalable processes that transform ideas into institutional programs, collaborating with multiple teams across and beyond Employer Partnerships. /li liAct as the main liaison between Strategic Initiatives and IE's schools, academic units, and corporate departments in and outside Spain. /li liSupport Talent Careers international representatives by adapting and exporting successful initiatives, processes, and best practices that strengthen employer engagement and student employability. /li liCoordinate meetings, projects, and events involving internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and senior executives to strengthen strategic relationships. /li liStrategy Operations- Collect, analyze, and monitor data on employer participation, student engagement, and program outcomes to measure impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for internal leadership and external partners.
