IE University's Talent Careers is looking for an Associate Director — Strategic Employer Initiatives to join its team!IE University's Talent Careers Department is seeking an Associate Director to join the Strategic Initiatives team within the Employer Partnerships division.This cross-functional team designs, launches, and scales strategic initiatives that create meaningful professional opportunities for IE students across academic programs, including employer challenges, company engagement projects, micro-internships, experiential learning initiatives, and other innovative career development experiences.This role requires someone who is highly resourceful, agile, and execution-oriented, capable of bringing together multiple internal and external stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful initiatives. Drive innovation with a proactive mindset /p pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEmployer Partnerships- Support the employer engagement strategy for cross-sector, multi-company, and strategic single-company initiatives that enhance students' professional profiles. /li liDesign and implement scalable processes that transform ideas into institutional programs, collaborating with multiple teams across and beyond Employer Partnerships. /li liAct as the main liaison between Strategic Initiatives and IE's schools, academic units, and corporate departments in and outside Spain. /li liSupport Talent Careers international representatives by adapting and exporting successful initiatives, processes, and best practices that strengthen employer engagement and student employability. /li liCoordinate meetings, projects, and events involving internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and senior executives to strengthen strategic relationships. /li liStrategy Operations- Collect, analyze, and monitor data on employer participation, student engagement, and program outcomes to measure impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for internal leadership and external partners.



/li liAct as an ambassador for headquarters-led initiatives, ensuring successful implementation across IE's international offices. /li liProvide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Strategic Initiatives team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field is highly recommended. /li li3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment. /li liFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory). /li liStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. /li liExperience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools. /li liOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, corporate partners, faculty, and senior executives. /li liStrong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines. /li liProactive, service-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. /li liHighly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. /li liInternational mindset with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. /li liPreferred Qualifications- Previous experience in Employer Relations, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Career Services, Higher Education, or Human Resources. /li liExperience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and data reporting tools. /li /ul pAt IE University, we actively promote equal opportunities in recruitment processes and access to employment, always ensuring the absence of gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, ethnic origin, or disability bias throughout the entire selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
