/b /p pbProvide technical advice /b to different company departments and deliver specialised training to the dealer network. /p pbAct as a technical expert in complex cases and accident investigations /b, representing the company when required. /p pbCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams /b to drive continuous improvement and excellence in after-sales service /p h3Qualifications /h3 pThe profile we are looking for: /p pDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Technician), or equivalent qualification. /p pStrong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles. /p pPrevious experience in workshops, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs. /p pKnowledge of diagnostic and repair tools. /p pLanguages: Native Spanish and English at B2 level. Portuguese and/or German would be a plus. /p pDriving licence and willingness to travel.
