This role is built around two things: analysis and project management. You'll dig into data to surface insights that feed directly into materials reviewed by senior leadership. And you'll own the coordination side of the team's workstreams: tracking OKRs, keeping projects on schedule, and supporting Salesforce UAT testing alongside our existing team. Ticket triage rounds out the day-to-day, but the core of the role is these two pillars working together: the analysis tells you what matters, and the project management makes sure it actually gets done. /ppThe idóneo candidate has a genuine analytical mindset, comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets, curious about what the numbers are actually saying, paired with the operator's instinct to track, follow up, and close things out. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Analysis /h3ulliSupport account and revenue analysis using Excel, Gsheets and Power BI, feeding directly into materials reviewed by senior leadership. /liliHelp maintain and evolve existing dashboards and models, learning the mechanics behind the metrics the business runs on. /liliUse AI tools (e.g. Gemini) to speed up analysis, data cleaning, summarization, drafting first-pass insights, and help identify where AI can streamline recurring reporting tasks. /li /ulh3Project Management /h3ulliTrack OKR and project status across a distributed team (Salesforce, BI, Business Analysis, IT); maintain project trackers, flag risks and delays early, and prepare clear status updates for senior leadership. /liliPartner with the team on UAT testing: executing test cases, logging bugs,



and following up until issues are resolved before go-live. /liliChase down owners, unblock stalled workstreams, and keep cross-functional projects moving. /li /ulh3Also part of the role /h3ulliTicket triage: monitor and triage incoming tickets across various queues, categorize, prioritize, and route to the right owner. /liliAI adoption support: get hands-on exposure to how a company operationalizes AI adoption in practice, supporting rollout, tooling evaluation, and governance work as Smadex scales its use of AI across teams. /li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ulliEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. /liliAnalytical Mindset: Comfortable using Excel and data to find patterns and support real decisions, not just produce reports. /liliProject Management Instinct: You naturally think in timelines, owners, and next steps, and you follow up until things actually close out. /liliAttention to Detail: Precision matters - a missed test case, a misrouted ticket, or a number off by a decimal isn't a small thing to you. /liliSoft Skills: Feedback-hungry, comfortable with ambiguity, thrives juggling several workstreams at once. /liliTechnical Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel required.
