ppThe Ethics and Compliance Trainee will be part of the Compliance Department, helping the team in everyday implementation of the Compliance function. /p /brh3MAIN RESPONSIBILITES /h3 /brul /brliSupport in managing the documentation and files of the Compliance Department. /li /brliSupport in developing, maintaining and update of OW Compliance policies and procedures. /li /brliSupport in the management of the Criminal Code Prevention Model and risk control matrix. /li /brliSupport in the implementation and performance of the Third-Party Integrity Due Diligence Procedure. /li /brliSupport in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Program. /li /brliResearch and analysis of Compliance information, jurisprudence, doctrine, and legislation. /li /brliMonitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures accordingly. /li /brliMaintain updated the internal Compliance site and the Ethics section of the website.
