ppMy team is cooperating with a well established Private Equity fund based in Spain and they are looking for bInvestment Associate /b level professional with 2-4 years of experience to join their team. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul libDeal Sourcing /b: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe. /li libDue Diligence /b: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. /li libFinancial Modeling /b: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models. /li libDeal Execution /b: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process,
