Reporting to the UX Lead, you will have the opportunity to influence product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user‑centered design. /p pIn this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Sales, and fellow designers to craft clear, effective, and user‑centered experiences for complex enterprise workflows. /p pWe embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liCollaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements. /li liTranslating user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions. /li liRapidly creating and iterating on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications.



/li liLeveraging our pattern library to create designs and identifying opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team. /li liCommunicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user‑centered design processes effectively. /li liContributing to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality. /li liApplying usability heuristics and staying current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement. /li /ul h3What we look for: /h3 ul liAcademic background in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field. /li liProven experience in UX design for enterprise products, supported by a strong portfolio. Experience designing information‑rich interfaces, including data visualizations, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows for business users, is highly valued. /li liGood knowledge of user‑centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices. /li liProficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools is welcome. /li liFamiliarity with AI‑assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design‑to‑code collaboration, including experience with tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, or similar platforms, is also valued. /li liBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus and can support effective collaboration with engineering teams. /li liKnowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus. /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills,
