In this role you will lead and develop the DevOps Tools Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to drive reliability, scalability, and secure IT infrastructure. You will partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align technical direction with business goals while championing continuous improvement. You will own incident response, strategy execution for SRE/DTE technologies, and budget management, delivering cross-functional projects with impact. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related fields
• 2+ years of managerial experience with demonstrated leadership of technical teams
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure) and on-premise infrastructure experience (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, M365, Storage, Backup) xqbhyrx
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and deployment strategies
• Experience with IaC (Terraform or Ansible) and Git
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks in a DevOps environment
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing technical teams
• Strategic project management skills and ability to align plans with organizational priorities
• Clear communication skills in English
