In this role, you will play a critical part in the evolution of our SAP landscape, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and high standards of financial data quality. /p pThis role can be based in any of our offices located bin Spain, Italy or Portugal. /b /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 h3Finance SAP /h3 ul liGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications. /li liAct as the functional owner of SAP modules (FI, CO, TR, AP, AR). /li liMaintain and optimize core financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Controlling). /li liLead SAP configuration, enhancements, and change requests in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. /li liOversee integrations with surrounding systems (CRM, payroll, banking, and reporting tools). /li liSupport financial reporting and data analysis activities. /li /ul h3Business IT Alignment /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact between Finance and IT. /li liAdvise finance stakeholders on system capabilities, constraints, and opportunities for improvement. /li liManage SAP vendors and external partners effectively. /li liMonitor service levels (SLAs), incidents, and delivery quality. /li liCoordinate system upgrades, testing, and releases. /li /ul h3Business Analysis Documentation /h3 ul liProduce high-quality functional documentation (requirements, fit-gap analysis, process flows, test cases). /li liSupport UAT processes and user training initiatives. /li liMaintain knowledge bases and documentation for recurring issues and best practices.



/li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liLead or support SAP and Finance-related projects. /li liDefine project scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables. /li liTrack progress using tools such as Azure DevOps. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP or IT roles within Finance. /li liProven experience working closely with Finance teams (Controlling, Accounting, Treasury). /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong hands‑on SAP expertise (configuration and functional support), particularly in financial modules. /li liSolid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. /li liExperience with system integrations and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, or similar). /li liFamiliarity with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). /li liSAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. /li liComfortable working in international and multicultural environments. /li liFluent English is required. /li /ul pTake the next step in your career with Avincis – where meaningful work and personal development converge.
