In this Senior role, you own the end-to-end delivery of Flight-related features within Perk’s fast-growing Flights team. You’ll collaborate with product, design and operations to shape solutions, write design documents, ship code, and measure impact. You drive reliability, simplicity, and technical quality across cross-functional squads while tackling complex flight-booking challenges. This is a chance to influence platform architecture and mentor others, shaping how millions experience work.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a feature from discovery to deployment and impact measurement
• Draft design documents and safeguard technical quality across the squad
• Drive cross-team alignment and communicate complex ideas beyond your immediate team
• Contribute to quarterly goals and the long-term product vision with PMs and Eng Managers
• Mentor and uplift teammates, participate in reviews, and foster engineering excellence
• Lead cross-squad initiatives and collaborate with engineering guilds on shared topics
• Specifically tackle core reliability, self-serve post-booking, error recovery and inventory scaling
