Primary focus will be the integration of advanced planning ( IBP PPDS ) with core manufacturing execution ( MRP, QM, PM, MES ) to ensure operational excellence using Sika integral tools. /ph3Process Design Global Template Governance Design E2E Solutions: /h3pDefine and document global standard processes for the "Plan-to-Produce" cycle, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP IBP PPDS (Planning) and S/4HANA MES (Execution). /ph3Template Protection: /h3pAct as a gatekeeper for Global Templates. Evaluate change requests and ensure that any local requirements do not compromise global standardization. /ph3Master Data Integrity: /h3pDefine global standards for production master data (BOMs, Routings, Resources) to ensure consistency across all reporting layers. /ph3Planning Manufacturing Excellence:



/h3pLead the functional design for IBP (Demand, SOP) and PPDS, optimizing how the system handles constraints and scheduling. /ph3Shop Floor Integration: /h3pOversee the integration of non-SAP tools and MES with our SAP template. /ph3Cross-Functional Alignment: /h3pCollaborate with other streams (OTC, STP, MD) to integrate their processes into the broader production schedule. /ph3Transformation Change Management: /h3pIdentify opportunities to automate manual tasks and migrate legacy "off-system" processes into the Sika ecosystem. /ph3Training Capability: /h3pCreate global training materials (using tools like Datango) and empower Regional Business Teams and Key Users. /ph3KPI Management: /h3pEstablish and monitor Global Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) to track speed, cost, and quality. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
