The scheme offers highly competitive salary and research costs. /ph3About us /h3pDr. Gomez Ligüerre´s academic interests are focused on contract law and tort law. In particular, the relationship between these two areas and the applicable remedies. He is currently leading a project on the contractual and non-contractual liability of digital platforms. In recent years, he has studied in some detail the problems arising from the compensation of damages caused by infringements of competition law and the problems arising from the causation of pure economic losses.



Dr.Gomez is willing to collaborate with researchers interested in any of the mentioned areas and others related to the interplay between contractual and extra-contractual remedies /ph3Eligibility criteria /h3pMSCA-PF are for PostdoctoralResearchers of up to 8 years after the PhD. Applicants from anycountry may apply, but must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work,studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the submission deadline to the European Commission (09/09/2026). /ph3Selection process /h3pProposals will be preselected on the basis of internal evaluation. /ph3Support program /h3pIn addition to receiving multiple feedback from your supervisor, if chosen to submit the proposal to the European Commission, you will also receive advice from a dedicated research advisor at UPF's Research Service, who will provide you feedback three times (mid June, mid July, end August).
