In this role you will shape AI-driven features that power a finance domain at scale. You will work closely with the Engineering team to design and validate multi-agent, LLM-integrated capabilities that go beyond automation to meaningful impact. You’ll own the end-to-end loop from problem framing to measuring tangible outcomes, balancing reliability with user experience. This is a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll redefine how AI fits into core product workflows. You’ll be at the forefront of building an AI platform that acts as a backbone for finance, driving cost efficiency and smarter decision-making.

• Design system architectures and write high-level prompts to orchestrate multi-agent workflows
• Review and validate AI agent outputs with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability
• Coordinate multiple AI agents running in parallel and ensure coherent, end-to-end feature integration

Responsabilidades
• Shipped AI-powered features with production evaluation emphasized
• Experience reviewing agentic workflows and understanding LLM architecture tradeoffs
• Treat AI features as testable hypotheses; build, deploy, measure, adjust
• Able to decompose non-deterministic outputs for team reasoning and action
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails u0026 React with ability to integrate xqbhyrx AI models in cloud-native settings
• Support peers transitioning from deterministic to probabilistic thinking
• 4+ years in software engineering with track record or strong curiosity in shipping AI features
• Able to explain complex technical decisions to non-developers in clear English
