Your mission will be to position Johnson Controls as the preferred partner in early project phases, ensuring our technologies are embedded from concept to execution. /ppYou will: /pulliBuild and nurture long‑term relationships with consultants, specifiers, and influencers in the HVAC ecosystem. /liliPromote Johnson Controls’ HVAC solutions through technical presentations, workshops, and strategic dialogues. /liliLead the sales engineering process by identifying opportunities early in the project lifecycle. /liliCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with business goals. /liliMonitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our HVAC strategy. /liliRepresent Johnson Controls at industry events, forums, and technical committees. /li /ulh3What We Look For /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
