Purpose of role: providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain & Portugal

Responsibilities

- AP and AR Accounting
- Account Reconciliations
- G/L entries, accruals and provisions
- Payments Preparation
- Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes
- Internal and External Audit Support
- Other related accounting tasks

Qualifications





- Full time in a similar position at least 2 years.
- Familiar with the Spanish and Portuguese accounting.
- Willing to travel to Lisboa for business trips; one week per month will be highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese skills (oral and written).
- Able to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel. xcskxlj
