sea in Barcelona Purpose of the Role As a Digital Marketing
Consultant , you will partner with Dutch businesses and digital
marketing agencies , helping them grow through effective Google Ads
solutions . You'll act as a trusted advisor, optimizing advertising
strategies and driving measurable business results. This is a
target-driven sales environment , where you'll work towards
individual goals while being part of a high-performing
international team. Key Responsibilities Advise Dutch advertisers
on the best Google Ads solutions to improve performance and ROI
Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners through
a consultative approach Optimize and upsell Google Ads products
based on client needs Proactively communicate with customers via
phone, video calls and email Consistently achieve individual sales
and performance targets Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent




practical experience Dutch language proficiency at C2 level Fluent
English 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (PPC / campaign
optimization preferred) 0–1 year of experience in sales or
customer-facing roles Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or
similar platforms Strong communication, presentation and analytical
skills Team player with a passion for marketing, technology and
continuous learning What We Offer Full-time position (39h/week,
Monday–Friday) Permanent contract Competitive salary: from €24,310
gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus Hybrid working model in Barcelona
