Barcelona
ph3People Culture Manager /h3 pbCASA TRÈS · BARCELONA · FULL-TIME · ON-SITE /b /p pCasa Très is a cultural house, not an event supplier. Since 2018 we have designed, built and executed luxury events across Barcelona, Monaco and worldwide — 240+ productions in 11+ countries for brands including Red Bull, Maserati and Dom Pérignon. Official partner of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya F1 Weekend, staging for 300,000+ attendees. /p pThe house is growing fast. Last year alone: 33 events, 11 countries. Growth at this pace is built on people — the team that specifies every element, and the crews that make the night run itself. We are opening our first People Culture Manager role to build the structure that growth demands, without losing what makes this place a home. /p pCasa means home. That has always applied to our guests. Your job is to make sure it applies, permanently, to our team. /p pYou will own people end to end at Casa Très — from the first conversation with a candidate to the way the team feels on the Monday after a build week. You report directly to the founders and work from our Barcelona office in Poble Nou. /p h301 — Talent hiring /h3 ul liOwn recruitment across production, creative and operations: brief, source, interview, close. /li liBuild the talent pipeline for a house that produces across 11+ countries — including the freelance crews, technicians and specialists our productions depend on. /li liDesign onboarding that gets new people from signed contract to confident on-site, quickly. /li /ul h302 — Culture experience /h3 ul liProtect and shape the culture as the team grows: rituals, communication, the standard of hospitality we extend inward, not just outward. /li liOwn the employee experience through the realities of event production — intense build weeks, travel,
seasonal peaks — and design recovery and balance into the calendar. /li liPlan the internal moments: team gatherings, reviews of the season, the way wins are marked. /li /ul h303 — Development performance /h3 ul liBuild a simple, honest performance framework: clear expectations, regular feedback, real conversations. /li liMap growth paths so people can see their next role inside the house. /li liIdentify training needs across production, technical and client-facing teams, and organise the learning to meet them. /li /ul h304 — HR operations compliance /h3 ul liRun the HR foundations: contracts, payroll coordination, holidays, absence, records. /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish employment law, and coordinate with advisors on cross-border work in Monaco, France and beyond. /li liOwn the policies — written once, written clearly — and the tools and processes that keep people operations running without friction. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul li(3–5+) years in HR, people operations or a generalist people role — ideally in events, hospitality, agency or another fast-moving, project-based environment. /li liWorking knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration. /li liFluent English and Spanish. French is a plus — Monaco is our second address. /li liComfortable being the first dedicated people person: building structure from scratch, hands-on, without a playbook. /li liHigh discretion, warmth and judgement. You will handle the human side of a house built on hospitality. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA first-of-its-kind role with direct line to the founders, and the mandate to build the people function of a growing international house. /li liA seat in Poble Nou, Barcelona — and a front-row view of productions from the Monaco Grand Prix to the F1 Weekend at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. /li liCompetitive package /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
