coordinating with external consultants as required. /liliLead the bcreation of models for feasibility studies /b, defining program parameters (FOH/BOH ratios, number of FB outlets, number of keys, room mix, and requirements in coordination with local architects), and bresearching and implementing new platforms/software /b for feasibility studies, unified reports, status, and real-time data per project. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in bArchitecture, Design, Engineering /b, or a related field. /lilib10+ years of experience /b in a design, planning, or strategy role, preferably within hospitality, development, or real estate sectors. /liliProven experience bcollaborating within cross-functional teams /b, including Architecture Design Senior Manager, Interior Design Senior Manager, Cost Manager, and Senior Project Managers in Greece and Iberia, as well as external stakeholders such as Technical Office Directors, Permits Directors, Operations Committee, and Sales Department. /liliDemonstrated ability to blead the analysis and research /b for brand evolution and continuous improvement, directly aligned with the company’s expansion and growth objectives. /liliExperience bsupporting external consultants /b in the implementation of processes and action plans,
