Job Summary The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Spain. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.br/br/Job Responsibilitiesbr/br/Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.br/br/Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.br/br/Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.br/br/Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.br/br/Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.br/br/Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance)

Master's degree preferred.br/br/Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships. Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
