In this role you support enterprise customers by guiding them through onboarding, enabling adoption of Embat’s SaaS treasury platform and serving as the primary contact for relationship management. You work across Sales, Implementation, Product and Customer Ops to maintain strong customer health, resolve issues, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities. You will contribute to product feedback and advocate for customers’ needs to help Embat scale its financial operating system for mid-market and enterprise clients. This position offers cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with a clear impact on user outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, consultancy or related field in fintech
• Hybrid profile with ability to collaborate across teams and understand the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-centric attitude and commitment to service quality
• Proactive, analytical problem-solving xqbhyrx mindset
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
• Working proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish
