You will design, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure while empowering engineering teams to ship reliable, high-performing systems at speed. /p pbWhat You’ll Do Day-to-Day: /b /p pbCloud Infrastructure: /b Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), focusing on high availability, low latency, and capacity planning. /p pbEmbedded SRE Culture:



/b Work closely with product teams to define SLOs/SLIs, advocate for operational best practices, and guide system architecture. /p pbObservability Incident Response: /b Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack, participate in on-call rotations, and drive blameless postmortems. /p pbDeveloper Platform Tooling: /b Build internal self-service tooling that enables developers to manage and deploy their own infrastructure safely. /p pbEmerging Tech AI: /b Explore and integrate cutting-edge practices, including supporting agentic AI workloads in production. /p h3Qualifications /h3 p5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Infrastructure roles supporting production environments at scale. /p pb"T-Shaped" Generalist: /b Strong software engineering fundamentals paired with deep systems expertise. /p pbSoftware Engineering Mindset: /b Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Ruby, Java, or Kotlin) and familiarity with testing practices (TDD/BDD). /p pbCloud DevOps Ecosystem: /b Production hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, container orchestrators (ECS/Kubernetes), Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins). /p pbSystem Architecture: /b Ability to take ownership of complex system challenges, translate business needs into technical designs, and mentor peers. /p pbFluent English Communication:
