As Director, Services Business Development, you will drive growth of Mastercard Services in Spain by building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, merchants, fintechs and government. You’ll shape the local growth strategy, translate capabilities into tailored solutions, and lead compelling proposals with senior stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality delivery and uncover follow‑on sales opportunities. This role offers impact in a integral payments leader with a strong focus on cross‑border, high‑impact partnerships.

Responsabilidades
• Undergraduate degree
• Experience from a top consulting or digital firm desirable; payments/banking expertise and executive-level experience with financial institutions preferred
• Entrepreneurial xqbhyrx mindset, creativity and strong commercial sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team; able to multi-task in fast-paced environments
• Languages: professional proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages desirable
• MBA or relevant post-graduate degree recommended
