As part of the Data Department, you will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Data Engineering, acting as a trusted partner between data and decision‑making. and support/mentor business users and junior analysts in dashboard usage and best practices /li /ulh3You’ll excel if you have... /h3ulli3-5 years of experience in Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar roles, with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience working intensively with Power BI in production environments /liliAdvanced expertise in bPower BI /b, including semantic modeling, intermediate-advanced bDAX /b (time intelligence, filter context, CALCULATE, variables), Power Query (M), and performance optimization /liliStrong bSQL /b skills (complex queries with multiple joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and advanced aggregations), combined with solid knowledge of bdimensional data modeling /b (star schema, SCDs, granularity) /liliExperience designing reports for different audiences (operational to executive), applying best practices in data visualization and storytelling /liliStrong ownership and autonomy, with the ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, manage multiple priorities, and ensure high‑quality outputs with rigorous attention to detail /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions /liliA proactive, curious, and improvement‑driven mindset, with experience mentoring junior profiles and collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams /liliFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks), Medallion architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold), version control (Git), or DataOps practices is a plus /liliExperience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik), systems such as SAP/Salesforce/Odoo, or programming in Python for data analysis is considered an advantage /liliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300, DP-600) are a plus /liliFluent English (minimum B2 spoken) and Spanish, additional languages are a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
