As a Product Software Engineer u0026amp; PoC at Ferrovial, you will drive the evaluation, development and deployment of digital solutions for Asset Management across global businesses. You will bridge software engineering, Generative AI, Digital Twins, and IoT to transform concepts into scalable, value-driving solutions. You’ll lead PoCs and collaborate with partners to shape Ferrovial’s AI and digital strategy. This role offers hands-on technical leadership in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment with real-world impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the technical delivery of Asset Management programs and PoCs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to design and deliver scalable digital solutions
• Review and validate technical specifications, solution architectures, and vendor deliverables
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
• Assess, pilot, and deploy emerging technologies (Generative AI, Digital Twins, IoT, XR, analytics)
• Design, develop, and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs
• Support software deployment across development, testing,



and production environments
• Evaluate and implement LLMs and AI-assisted coding techniques
• Contribute to Ferrovial's digital and AI strategy (Azure AI Foundry)
• Drive continuous improvement across Asset Management and OT platforms

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong background in Python, JavaScript and/or Java
• Experience designing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and integration
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, xqbhyrx MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
• Vendor management and distributed development team collaboration
• Understanding of DevOps and release management
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI-assisted coding
• English level B2 or above
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
