ppClou is a Midea owned business and is among the Tier 1 Energy Storage Manufacturer worldwide. /p pWe are looking for a seasoned BESS Business Sales Manager/Senior Manager/Director to drive the growth of the industrial and commercial Battery Energy Storage System business line in EU markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, acquire new business opportunities, and deliver orders in the in the designated key Europe energy storage market, and neighboring territories. /li liBuild and sustain a comprehensive network of key stakeholders, including project developers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), utility companies, EPC contractors, investors and other industry partners. /li liOwn full sales cycle : lead generation, client prospecting, long-term relationship cultivation, contract negotiation, drive order delivering, and end-to-end post-sales customer support. /li liFormulate regional market strategy and execution plans to hit assigned sales strategic KPIs, and drive the company’s overall profit growth.



/li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above. /li liMinimum 5 years of technical sales or business development experience within energy storage and EPC industries. /li liHands-on experience with utility-scale battery energy storage systems (including integrated battery systems, inverters/converters, power equipment and general electrical apparatus). Candidates with proven track record serving utility and EPC clients will be highly preferred. /li liIn‑depth market knowledge of the Nordic landscape covering solar PV, wind power, utility‑scale energy storage and commercial industrial (CI) energy storage.
