You will own the full lifecycle of seasoning solutions, from concept creation to industrial production support, ensuring strong technical performance and high customer satisfaction. /p pThis is a hands-on role with real impact, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct customer interaction. /p ul liLead the development of seasoning solutions tailored to customer product portfolios /li liCreate, optimize, and adapt formulations based on performance targets, customer needs, and regulatory requirements /li liEnsure excellent application performance in finished products, including taste, stability, and process behavior /li liEvaluate formulations through lab work, pilot trials, and industrial validation /li liSupport scale‑up and production trials,
