You will guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—virtual and in-person—to build confidence in digital dentistry. Beyond onboarding, you will coach practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes. This role includes travel up to 20% for in-practice training and support. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibLive Training Onboarding /bulliLead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program to ramp up quickly and effectively. /liliDeliver engaging training sessions, virtually or on-site, tailored to each practice’s learning style and structure. /liliDemonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, with hands-on coaching during live sessions. /liliBuild credibility and clinical trust to drive confidence and early adoption. /liliOwn each launch and ensure practices achieve key milestones from day one. /li /ul /lilibOngoing Coaching Success Enablement /bulliServe as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers. /liliMonitor early scan quality and provide clear,



constructive feedback to improve technique. /liliIdentify gaps in product usage and follow up to close them. /liliConduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and order success. /liliCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to share insights and improve the customer journey. /liliRecognize early wins and celebrate progress to build confidence and momentum. /li /ul /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliExperience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred). /liliHands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows. /liliExcellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change. /liliClear, confident communicator with strong virtual presentation and interpersonal skills. /liliCustomer-first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely. /liliHighly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through. /liliQuick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. /liliOrganized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups,



and customer touchpoints. /liliPersuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption. /liliFluent in the local market language (native or near-native) with knowledge of local dental norms; English proficiency required for integral collaboration.
