In this role you will create Initial Provisioning data for aircraft and ground support, ensuring configuration accuracy and smooth data flow in a global, collaborative defense environment. You will work closely with Logistics, Publications, and Engineering teams to support major programs and respond to customer and supplier queries. The position combines data management, configuration control, and end-to-end provisioning processes to enable timely, compliant readiness. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on program milestones and field operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Create IP Data for On-Aircraft Equipment and AGE/GSE following ASD 2000M and EPS-SSPs guidelines
• Maintain accuracy in the Configuration Management System (CMS)
• Inject IP data into the logistics system (STILO)
• Draft, review,



and issue Initial Provisioning List (IPL) messages; respond to inquiries, generate COLs, and finalize IPL

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Advanced Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Spanish nationality mandatory for security clearance
• Strong knowledge of ASD S2000M; familiarity xqbhyrx with S1000D/S3000L is a plus
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and LSA data
• Experience with CMS and logistics tools (STILO)
• SAP knowledge and Microsoft Access (nice to have)
