Your mission is to ensure that every solution we build provides demonstrable value to our patients and our organization. /p h3Your Impact Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Advisory Leadership: Independently manage end-to-end BA workstreams, act as a consultant to cross‑functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives and aligning project goals with long‑term solution roadmaps. /li liData-Driven Decision Making: Gather, analyse and interpret complex datasets to inform product and UX decisions; translate user behaviour and metrics into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Tableau. /li liSolution Design Product Development: Translate complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans, design data products (datasets, KPI frameworks), and evaluate vendor solutions. /li liUser Behaviour Experience Analysis: Analyse user journeys, pain points and interaction patterns; conduct usability testing, A/B testing and heuristic evaluations with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel. /li liRequirements Elicitation Problem Structuring:



Break down ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and hypotheses; create user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows. /li liProcess Excellence Mentorship: Mentor junior and intermediate BAs, shape methodologies and drive continuous improvement in operational workflows. /li liTechnical Integrity: Drive analysis ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability, focus on data governance and change management. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou thrive in dynamic environments, love tackling gray areas, and are passionate about the intersection of technology and human health. You bring structure to chaos, are a natural communicator, and possess strong stakeholder influence skills. /p h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul li5+ years in Business Analysis or Consultancy, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences/Pharma. /li liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human‑Computer Interaction, UX, Data Analytics, or related field.
