As an AI software presales solutions architect engineer, you will collaborate closely with our business development team to drive the adoption of our AI solutions and contribute to the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust technical proficiency in AI tools and workflows, possess a blend of tactical and strategic customer presales approaches, and excel as an effective communicator. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement AI proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities and potential impact on solving customer challenges. /li liProvide white‑glove onboarding for customers into proof‑of‑concept and into production phases within their AI/ML workflow. /li liTranslate complex AI concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers.



/li liWork closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and provide pre‑sales technical support. /li liCollaborate with partners and customers to understand their technical needs and find enablement opportunities to expand adoption and utilization of HP AI solutions. /li liDevelop and deliver training sessions on AI software solutions for customers, internal teams, and partners. /li liCreate technical documentation and best‑practice guides to support the sales process and customer onboarding. This includes partnering with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling customer sales assets. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions. /li /ul h3Experience, Knowledge Skills /h3 ul li5+ years of solution engineering and software experience. /li liProven experience in a similar role, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts. /li liStrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. /li liStrong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms. /li liFamiliarity with sales processes and tools. /li liProficiency in either Python or C++, with experience in both languages. /li liProven track record of developing enterprise data science projects. /li liDevOps experience and ability to develop software in hybrid cloud environments (cloud, hybrid and on‑prem). /li liDemonstrated track record of achieving presales KPIs, including opportunity conversion. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
