This role is suited to an established freight forwarding sales professional with deep market knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win and grow accounts. This role requires hands‑on experience in air and ocean freight and strong CRM proficiency. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive new business acquisition across air freight and ocean freight (FCL LCL) /li liManage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating, and closing /li liBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with importers, exporters, and senior supply‑chain stakeholders /li liGrow and manage an active portfolio of accounts, increasing revenue, margin, and shipment volumes /li liCollaborate closely with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver competitive logistics solutions /li liMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM system /li liMonitor market trends, rates, trade lanes,
