ph3Job Description /h3 pAs a Senior Global Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for shaping the global narrative and driving the success of Ormco’s products, specifically the Damon / Brackets Wires side of our Orthodontic products. Be the champion for our users, ensuring our offerings resonate with their needs and stand out in the competitive landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for execution, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to create engaging content that fuels growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute global product marketing strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and growth across different regions. /li liCreate compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the clinical value, outcomes and differentiation to target audiences across various channels and regions. /li liConduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover critical insights into customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience identification. /li liDevelop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support key growth drivers, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, case studies, presentations, webinars, and sales enablement materials. /li liCollaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Management throughout the product lifecycle, Sales, and Marketing (Global and Regional teams) to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches and ongoing marketing efforts. /li liRegional collaboration and support: Serve as a point of contact and advocate for regional marketing teams,



providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure effective implementation of global initiatives. /li liDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data‑driven decisions for optimization. /li liDevelop and deliver effective training and resources to sales teams to equip them with the knowledge and tools to successfully position and sell our products. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liProven experience (3+ years) in product marketing, preferably with a focus on integral markets. /li liDemonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies and plans that have driven measurable results. /li liAbility to turn technical concepts into clear customer value and positioning. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences. /li liExperience developing content across various formats and channels. /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li liExperience working with cross‑functional and global teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. /li liExperience in healthcare marketing, preferably within dental/orthodontics, MedTech. /li liFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. /li liExperience with internationalization and localization of marketing materials. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
