About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain experience within the clinical research industry. Full training will be provided, making this an adecuado entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities Helping individuals access clinical research opportunities. Conduct telephone-based screening of potential study participants against protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Accurately enter, review, update, and maintain patient information within clinical trial management systems. Schedule suitable participants into site appointments and maintain accurate booking records.





Required Skills & Experience Essential Fluent Spanish language skills. Good English language skills, particularly reading and written communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods. Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Eligible to work as a freelance contractor (Autónomo) in Spain.

Preferred Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, outbound calling, patient-facing, recruitment, or administrative environment.
